In the first semester of 2019, I invited Denis Freitas to illustrate 20 covers of the Generation Alpha collection of textbooks, for high school from 6th to 9th grade. The art direction and all briefings with the editorial staff were made by myself after some typography, color and layout studies. In this post, with 6 images, Denis shows the creation process of each cover, organised as following: final result, mockup, first study, composition with vector shapes and the last two details.
