This story, published in 302nd issue of Galileu mag, explains the stories behind the first projects to create a data network in Soviet Union. A kind of internet system was being developed to integrate several areas of soviet public administration. If this project was developed, probably the Internet as we know would have arisen in Soviet Union, not in the US. The whole layout is a kind of cleaner interpretation of Russian Constructivism and it centers the narrative and images in the USSR politic characters.
